Since 1980, Center for Hospice Care has provided hospice care, home health, grief counseling and community education for those living in our service area. To this day we have kept our founding promise that no one eligible for hospice services will ever be turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.

Coffee Cruise In for a Cause Spring 2025

Back for it's third year, Coffee Cruise In for a Cause is an event for car, truck and motorcycle enthusiasts to show off their vehicles and admire those of others while enjoying each other's company over some coffee and donuts. General admission for the event is free, but there is a $10 minimum donation to display a vehicle. Judges will determine the awards for Best Car, Best Truck, Best Motorcycle. Best of Show will be determined by votes from attendees. Each vote is $1 – and we definitely encourage ballot stuffing! Register your vehicle at foundationforhospice.org/coffeecruisein/. Check-in and registration will begin at 7:30am with staging continuing until 9:30am. This is a rain or shine event

Each year on the first Tuesday of June, Center for Hospice Care hosts the Gardens of Remembrance and Renewal Dedication Ceremony at their Elkhart Campus. At this event tribute items donated in memory or honor of loved ones in the past year are dedicated.
